(5) James Louie Rightmire, born December 19, 1921 in Kansas City, Kansas. He married Ana Bel Ramig on November 14, 1943 in Olathe, Kansas. Ana Bel was the daughter of Jacob Ramig and Pauline Walter. Ana was born November 2, 1925 in Kansas City, Kansas. James Louie served in the U.S. Army. He later worked as a Santa Fe policeman. Ana graduated from Wyandotte High School in Kansas City, Kansas May 28, 1943. James Louie and Ana Bel have three children:

(6) Sherrie Kathleen Rightmire, born July 17, 1944 in Salina, Kansas. She married (1) Charles H. Hammontree August 13, 1966 in Kansas City, Kansas. He was born August 09, 1939 in Kansas City, Kansas. She later married (2) Benjamin Black Wood August 06, 1976 in Overland Park, Kansas. Benjamin was born September 23, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio. Children of Sherrie and Charles are:

(7) Scott Andrew Hammontree, born January 05, 1968, in Kansas City, Kansas. Scott graduated from Naperville High School in May, 1985. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Core on March 14, 1989. He married (1) Melissa Kathleen Langlois, January 01, 1993, in Gibraltar, England. Melissa was born July 30, 1970 in Pennsylvania. Scott later married (2) Tracy Lynn Duros, August 14, 1999, at 5:00 PM at Holy Gross Lutheran Church, 1481 Tailwind Street, Tenison, Michigan. Tracy was born February 07, 1972, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

(7) Mark Charles Hammontree, born August 8, 1969 in Kansas City, Kansas. He graduated from Naperville Center High School June 12, 1988. Mark married Karen Michell August 08, 1992 in Elbum, Illinois. She was born April 27, 1972 in Winfield, Illinois. Children of Mark and Karen are: Amanda Ashley Hammontree, born February 17,1993 in Winfield, Illinois and Jonathan Tyler Black Hammontree, born April 9, 1996 in Winfield, Illinois.

(6) James Edward Rightmire, born August 9, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas. James Rightmire has been very active in the Rightmire genealogy group. He provided most of the information in this chapter.

James married (1) Katherine Lynn Steuber August 30, 1968 in USACDCED Chapel, Fort Ord, California. Katherine was born in 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri. James later married (2) Dorothy Mae Green January 19, 1973 in Kansas City, Kansas in the First Church Of the Brethren. Dorothy is the daughter of Richard Green and Ethel Jolly. Dorothy was born September 16, 1946 in Kansas City, Kansas at the Providence Hospital. She graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1967.

On August 25, 1967, at the peak of the Vietnam War, James was drafted into the United States Army. On January 6, 1969, he had an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. On January 1972, he started work for Santa Fe Railroad in Kansas City, Kansas. In May, 1972, he graduated from Wyandotte High School, Kansas City. On March 15, 1993, he retired from the Santa Fe Railroad as a car man.

(7) Marc Anthony Rightmire, born May 13, 1975 in Kansas City, Kansas. He graduated May 1993 from Basehor-Linwood High School, Basehor, Kansas. Marc married Loretta Adcox May 13, 2000 in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Loretta is the daughter of Marvin Adcox and Linda Brake. She was born October 07, 1972 in Kansas City , Kansas. Their marriage was perform by Baptist Minister, Retired Paul L. Webb, of Liberty, Missouri.

Children of Marc and Loretta are Dylan Herbert, born February 21,1993, Overland Park, Kansas, and Amanda Herbert, born March 03, 1994, Lawrence, Kansas.

(6) Judith Ann Rightmire, born October 18, 1951, in Kansas City, Kansas.
She graduated from Ft. Madison Senior High in Ft. Madison, Iowa. Judith married (1) Russel Ugune Robbin, August 12,1972, in Kansas City, Kansas. Russel was born October 15, 1950 in Ft. Madison, Iowa. Judith later married (2) Michael Lee Daum, November 27, 1987, in Naperville, Illinois. Michael was born Apri1 29, 1944, in Joliet, Illinois. She finally married (3) Mike Rush, May 1995, in Kansas City, Missouri. Mike was born March 16,1960, in Kansas City, Kansas at Bethany Hospital.
